These terms govern your use of Visiably's services. By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to them. Visiably is operated by an Australian business (ABN 52 462 944 537).
Our services
Visiably provides done-for-you local visibility services, including Customer Engine (reactivation campaigns and review automation), Visiably Reviews (automated review requests), and Google Profile Audits. The specific scope of what we deliver is set out when you sign up for a product.
Fees and payment
- All prices are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST.
- Setup fees are charged once and are non-refundable, as they cover upfront work.
- Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance each month.
- One-off services (such as the Google Profile Audit) are charged once at the time of order.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Cancellation
Monthly subscriptions have no lock-in contract. You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@visiably.com.au or replying to any of our emails. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and no further charges will be made. Setup fees and one-off service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Your responsibilities
- You confirm that any customer or patient data you provide was collected lawfully and that you have the right to share it with us for the purposes of our services.
- You're responsible for the accuracy of the information and access you provide (such as your Google Business Profile and customer lists).
- You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that breaches the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) or other applicable laws.
Results and expectations
We work hard to improve your local visibility, but we don't control Google's ranking algorithms and can't guarantee specific rankings, review volumes, or revenue outcomes. Any figures or examples we provide are illustrative, not promises. Your results depend on factors including your market, your competitors, and the quality of the information you provide.
Intellectual property
The Visiably name, logo, website, and materials are our property. Content we create for you as part of a paid service (such as audit reports) is yours to use once paid for. The underlying systems, templates, and methods remain ours.
Liability
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to re-supplying the relevant service or refunding the fee paid for it. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with the "last updated" date above. Material changes affecting active subscriptions will be communicated by email.
