Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 June 2026

Visiably ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

Who we are

Visiably is an Australian business (ABN 52 462 944 537) providing local visibility services to service businesses. You can contact us any time at hello@visiably.com.au.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly and information needed to deliver our services, including:

Where you provide us with your customers' contact details (for example, for a reactivation campaign), you confirm you have the right to share that information and that it was collected lawfully.

How we use your information

We only send marketing communications where permitted under the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), and every message includes a way to unsubscribe.

Disclosure to third parties

We use trusted third-party tools to deliver our services (such as email delivery, scheduling-software integrations, and payment processing via Stripe). These providers only receive the information needed to perform their function. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Some providers may store data overseas. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the APPs.

Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit access to information and use reputable providers with their own security measures.

Accessing and correcting your information

You can request access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing hello@visiably.com.au. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Complaints

If you believe we've mishandled your personal information, contact us first and we'll work to resolve it. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with the "last updated" date above.
